What we collect when you visit pacesolutions.ai or answer one of our forms, why, who else handles it, and how to see, correct or delete it.
Updated 30 October 2026
1. Who we are
Pace.ai (“Pace”, “we”, “us”) builds AI agents for sales, support and back-office work, and operates the website pacesolutions.ai. This policy explains how we handle personal information about visitors to our website, people who answer our forms or ads, and prospective customers. You can reach us about anything in it at support@pacesolutions.ai.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in a form on our website, or a lead form in one of our ads on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or Google, we collect the answers you submit. Depending on the form, that is:
- your name, work email address and phone number;
- your company, your role or job title, and the size of your company;
- information about your business that helps us prepare your assessment, such as your monthly lead volume, the area you are interested in and anything you write in a message;
- your agreement to be contacted, and the date you gave it.
We also keep a record of our emails, calls and meetings with you, and anything you share with us during an assessment, a demo or a trial.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website we use basic analytics and cookies to understand how the site is used: the pages you view, how you arrived (for example the ad or link you clicked), your browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the time of your visit. These tools include HubSpot’s tracking code, which sets cookies so we can connect a form submission with earlier visits, and product analytics such as PostHog. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them.
Information from ad platforms
If you answer one of our ads, Meta or Google passes us the answers you submitted in the ad’s form, together with the campaign you responded to. Those platforms also give us aggregated reports about how our ads perform, which do not identify you.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive personal information.
3. Why we use it
- To prepare your assessment. We use your answers to understand your business and show how Pace would work with your own leads, requests and numbers.
- To contact you about it. We use your email address and phone number to reply, arrange a call or demo, and follow up on the assessment you asked for.
- To provide our services. If you become a customer, or start a trial, we use your information to set up, run and support the service.
- To send relevant updates. Where you have agreed, we may tell you about products and services related to your request. You can opt out at any time (see section 6).
- To run and improve our website and advertising, keep them secure, and prevent spam and misuse.
- To meet legal obligations and to protect our rights.
4. Who else handles it
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us:
- HubSpot: our customer relationship management system, where form submissions, contact details and our notes are stored, and our email tool. Our HubSpot account is hosted in the European Union.
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google: where we advertise and run lead forms, and, for Google, for email and calendar.
- Website hosting and analytics providers, such as Render (hosting) and PostHog (analytics).
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or anyone’s safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your information for as long as we are in contact about an assessment, a trial or our services. If we do not go on to work together, we delete or anonymise your information within 24 months of our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer. Customer information is kept for the length of the contract and as required afterwards for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it, and established providers that maintain their own security programmes. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we hold.
6. Your rights and choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- stop sending you marketing messages.
Email support@pacesolutions.ai from the address we have on file, or tell us how we contacted you. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply “stop” to any text message. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
7. California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you specific rights over your personal information.
What we collect and why
In the last 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information:
- Identifiers, such as your name, email address, phone number and IP address;
- Professional or employment-related information, such as your company, role and company size;
- Commercial information, such as your lead volume, the services you are interested in and our history with you;
- Internet or other electronic network activity, such as pages viewed and how you reached our website;
- Inferences, such as whether our services are likely to fit your business.
We collect them from you, from your use of our website, and from the ad platforms you respond to, for the purposes described in section 3, and we disclose them only to the service providers described in section 4. We do not collect sensitive personal information. We keep each category for the periods in section 5.
Your rights
- Right to know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we use it and who we disclose it to, and to receive a copy;
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you;
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it, and we have not done so in the last 12 months;
- Right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email support@pacesolutions.ai with the subject line “California privacy request”. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We will verify your request by matching the details you give us with the information we hold. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we will ask for proof that you gave them permission. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
8. Children, international transfers and changes
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16; if you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our providers may process your information in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and legal safeguards for those transfers.
We may update this policy as our business changes. When we do, we will change the updated date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
